Once & Well
Once & Well is quintessential Margaret River at its best. With fruit sourced from high-quality grapes carefully selected from the region’s premium vineyards, Once & Well showcases its diversity and sets a benchmark for key regional varietals.
Chardonnay
Once & Well’s Chardonnay comes from grapes grown in both the warmer and cooler areas of the Margaret River region, mixing tropical and citrus characteristics to produce a distinctive and well-balanced wine. The Chardonnay’s nose is vibrant, rich and enticing with tropical fruits such as lychee and pineapple, citrus, some spice, nougat and hints of jasmine. The palate is light and refreshing with a mealy mid-palate and elegant finish. A touch of vanilla and spicy oak gives this Chardonnay a refined note.

Cabernet Sauvignon
This wine is all about Cabernet Sauvignon grown in our ancient granite based soils. It is a wine of place, the essence of Margaret River. Wild black cherry and cassis preface a classical dark fruited, savoury red wine from our West Coast. The fine tannins frame a very complete wine.

Frankie’s Garden
Winemaker Freya Hohnen is also known by her nickname: ‘Frankie’. The collection that shares this name explores the relationship between nature and the wines grown and crafted by Frankie’s hand. The Frankie’s Garden collection by Once & Well is a carefully curated tasting tour of Margaret River, bursting with fruit and ready to be enjoyed at any time.
Sun Kissed White
Take a deck chair into the garden and kick back with this fruit-filled Margaret River delight. Boasts lovely aromas of passionfruit, guava and lemon essence that flow into a full-flavoured palate of juicy nectarines and sweet jasmine. This is a fresh and lively wine, best enjoyed for those lazy afternoons in the sun’s glow.

Rosé
Take a little bit of Margaret River home to your garden. This Rosé shows strawberries, toffee apples and subtle fairy floss on the nose, that moves into a delightfully light palate layered with soft red berries and balanced acidity. This enticingly pretty expression of Margaret River Rosé is best enjoyed with friends over a lovely get-together.
